Problem Statement
On the rise of the cryptocurrency industry, cryptocurrency companies have become an increasingly popular option for individuals and businesses to borrow and lend their digital assets. However, some critical challenges are faced in this process. The value of cryptocurrencies can change significantly in a short period, resulting in high risks for both borrowers and lenders. In addition, the low liquidity of the crypto market is also a critical bottleneck.
Limitations in selling or buying crypto assets quickly and efficiently make it difficult for users to manage their portfolios optimally. Many individuals and businesses struggle to obtain financing or access to traditional assets through conventional financial institutions. Solutions that can resolve these problems need to integrate blockchain technology and advanced financial strategies to ensure security, efficiency, and equitability in the cryptocurrency lending and borrowing ecosystem.
The Challenge
The challenge was to design a lending product centered on Litedex service users or cryptocurrency service users who experience difficulties in managing their digital portfolios, and lack access to traditional financing or assets through conventional financial services.
By solving these problems and harnessing the power of digital innovation, Litedex lends and borrows to help our customers manage their digital assets more effectively, minimize volatility and liquidity risks, and provide broader access to traditionally inaccessible financial services.

Business Requirements
The Lending and Borrowing Litedex project aims to create a safe, stable, and inclusive financial ecosystem. To achieve this goal, the key needs identified include effective risk management, increased liquidity in the crypto market, the provision of diverse financial instruments, and the integration of high-level security measures in compliance with financial regulations.
Competitor Analysis
In this section, I conduct an in-depth analysis of competitors within the relevant industry to provide insights into market positioning and product development opportunities. User Persona
I create user personas based on in-depth user research to understand the needs, preferences, and challenges faced by the target audience. Each persona I develop reflects the specific characteristics of users representing a particular market segment.
Ideate
User Flow
I designed the user flow for the lending and borrowing feature in the Litedex project, enabling users to understand and navigate the transaction process easily. By mapping out each step the user takes, from registration to transaction completion, I ensured a clear and efficient flow. The main goal of this user flow was to create an intuitive user experience, reduce confusion, and enhance conversion and user satisfaction on the Litedex platform.
Hi-Fi Design (Design System Build)
I developed a High-Fidelity (Hi-Fi) Design System for the lending and borrowing feature in the Litedex project. This design system includes detailed visual elements, from buttons, icons, and typography, to color palettes, all consistently applied across the platform. I ensured a consistent and efficient user experience, making it easier for the development team to implement and maintain the interface.

I present the mockup of the Lending and Borrowing pages after gaining a clear understanding of the design guidelines and color palette. This is the first iteration of the homepage, where I translated the initial concept into a visual layout.
