The Goal for MitraIsoDoc's Landing Page
The main objective of this project is to design an attractive and informative landing page for MitralsoDoc, a Document Management System (DMS) that provides ISO document templates, provided by PT Mitra Berdaya Optima Yogyakarta. The main focus is to simplify and secure the management of company documents while making it easier for companies to access and use the ISO templates that have been provided.
User Targets
This website serves as MitraIsoDoc's first comprehensive online platform, with the following target audience:
Large and Medium-sized Enterprises that require secure and efficient document management solutions.
Quality Management Teams responsible for ISO document compliance.
Business Owners and Managers who want to optimize their document management processes with a more efficient and standardized system.
Project Scope
This project focuses on creating a landing page that introduces MitralsoDoc and highlights key features, such as the ISO document templates provided by PT Mitra Berdaya Optima Yogyakarta. The resulting design aims to attract visitors' attention and encourage them to try the service through the Start Free Trial button.
My Role
As a UI/UX Designer, I am responsible for designing and developing engaging landing page designs, focusing on intuitive user experience. I collaborate with the backend and frontend teams, ensuring that my designs can be implemented properly.
Design Process
The design process I applied to this project included structured steps to ensure optimal results, from understanding user needs to implementing functional and aesthetic design solutions:
User Research and Cross-Team Collaboration: I worked closely with the Project Manager and Senior IT to identify user requirements and ensure the design met technical as well as functional needs.
Prototyping and Iteration: Using Figma, I created an interactive prototype that depicted the flow of the user experience, from the product introduction to the CTA button that leads the user to try the service.
Feedback and Refinement: With feedback from the team, I made design refinements to ensure the user experience remained optimized.

Challenge
One of the main challenges in this project was to simplify the complex ISO document template concept to be easily understood by a diverse audience. For this reason, the landing page design uses a SaaS (Software as a Service) approach, which is suitable for service-based products that require clear and to-the-point information presentation. This concept makes it easy for users to understand product features quickly and without confusion. In addition, collaborating with cross-functional teams (backend and frontend) was a challenge to ensure the design could be implemented seamlessly according to the technical specifications. Responsive design and consistent user experience across various devices must also be considered to provide convenience for users accessing the platform via desktop and mobile.
